Suburban's alarm Response
​Suburban Security Officers offer after hours alarm response so you don't have to. Once the officer arrives he/she will conduct a comprehensive spot check of your business or property to ascertain the cause for the alarm. In addition the officer will observe and report any natural or man-made issues. Uniformed Patrol Officer creates a visible deterrence proven to deter and detect any criminal element. 

No long-Term COMMITMENT Required

If you're not in need of regular checks, but would like a Security Officer to respond in the event the burglar or fire alarm is activated, Suburban has you covered. For a pay-per-response fee, you can stay in bed when your business bugler or fire alarm is activated. Suburban's officers will send you notification of the alarm response and any action taken.

PHYSICAL Inspection
​​Otherwise known as "door pulls" checking  vulnerable spots like doors, windows and overhead garage bays. Includes a visual inspection of physical structure, glass and surrounding property.

VISIBLE DETERRENT
Flashing amber lights deters criminals and loiterers 

Parking lot
Patrol and inspect loading dock area, parking garage for loitering vehicles or undesirables;

Monitor Area
Just becasue something is not happening now, doesn't mean its not lurking around the corner. Suburan's officers will monitor immeadiate neighborhood for trouble brewing. 

Patrol Log
All observations and checkpoints noted in log and sent to you after every patrol. 

Emergency Referral
If the officer observes something that needs immediate attention, he/she will make proper notifications to notification list (you provide) or first res ponders.
