​Suburban Security Officers will conduct a comprehensive check of your business or property during non-business hours to observe and report natural or man-made issues. Uniformed Patrol Officers in a marked patrol unit create a visible deterrence to deter and detect any criminal element.

What's included?

UNiform SECURITY guard
A uniformed security guard will arrive in a highly visible, marked patrol vehicle.

PHYSICAL Inspection
​Otherwise known as "door pulls" officers will check vulnerable spots like doors, windows and overhead garage bays. This includes a visual inspection of the physical structure, glass and surrounding property.

VISIBLE DETERRENT
Highly visible flashing amber overhead lights deters criminals and loiterers as the officer patrols your property.  

Parking lot
Officers patrol and inspect loading dock area, parking garage and lots for loitering vehicles or undesirables.

Monitor Area
Just because something is not happening now, doesn't mean its not lurking around the corner. Suburban's officers will monitor immediate neighborhood for trouble that may be brewing. 

Patrol Log
All observations are noted in the officers log after every patrol and sent to you in real time. 

Emergency Referral
If the officer observes something that needs immediate attention, he/she will make proper notifications to notification list (you provide) or first responders.
