Tenant Vacate Inspections

Need to avoid awkward encounter with a vacating tenant. Suburban will inspect the apartment and document all issues left behind by departing residents. The inspection includes monopod digital photo's of each room, as well as damage, debris or harzards left behind.

Suburban Security conduct a comprehensive check of your business or property during non-business hours to observe and report natural or man-made issues. Uniformed Patrol Officers in a marked patrol unit create a visible deterrence to deter and detect any criminal element.
